Sue Anderson is Head of Product at Trade Me - leading a team of product managers and designers with the purpose of connecting Kiwi with secondhand & new goods so they can create the life they want. At Trade Me we believe if we can make it easy for Kiwis to buy & sell secondhand items - we can divert waste from landfill and reduce the need to always buy new. Sue might have product leadership experience but doesn’t have all the answers - she loves spending time in the uncomfortable problem space, figuring out what’s the right problem to solve. A strong advocate for a customer-led approach that fosters collaboration across customer facing and product & engineering teams.
