Natasha Ovely is a fashion designer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She founded the NZ made, ethical label Starving Artists Fund in 2018, where she embraced zero waste pattern making and its ability to produce experimental silhouettes and structure.

The brand gained recognition for its commitment to inclusivity and community impact, earning finalist spots in the 2degrees Business Awards for 'Excellence in Community Contribution' and the Remix Lifestyle Awards for 'Most Inclusive Brand.'
